Managing internal and external material compliance whilst streamlining your briefing process.

Congrego works on a strict permissions basis, where users only see the content you want them to see. When you upload a new material or content item, you can do a number of things:

• Give access only to the team or individuals who should have it Attach a briefing document to this material and even lock the material until these users have read and confirmed receipt and understanding of the brief
• Apply deadlines for when users have to confirm receipt and understanding of the briefing document
• Set an expiry date when the material will be automatically withdrawn from the app

Your admin area allows you to view and download extensive reports for every material, allowing you to monitor exactly who has/had access to each material and when they reviewed its briefing document . Your admin area also contains analytics, audit logs and more.
